One. Qualification for the exam. To qualify to take a SAI exam, a candidate must take and complete the appropriate course and may possess certain skills and achievements, as described on the course-specific exam websites on the SAI.b website. Opening of the examination. To initiate a SAI exam, a candidate must accept the terms of this Agreement, pay all applicable fees, declare that all registration information is accurate and that he/she is the person registered and qualified to take the exam. Any misrepresentation or violation of these Terms may result in the loss of SAI certifications, suspension of the SAFe Professional Certification Program and the saFe Community Platform, and other legal consequences. Prior to completing registration for the CF®P exam, candidates will be asked to accept this agreement in order to accept the conditions for following the certification ® CFP certification. a. Integration. This Agreement, as currently exists or as permitted to be amended herein (including the documents incorporated herein by reference, as they now exist or as permitted herein), constitutes the entire agreement between me and the MFF Board of Directors and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous statements, discussions or agreements, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
I agree that the CFP Council may amend this Agreement upon notice or by posting a notice on the CFP Council`s website in accordance with section 26.e, and I agree to be bound by such changes. No amendment to this Agreement by me shall be binding on the Board of Directors of the PCP unless approved in writing by the Board of the CFP. “AWS Certification” means a specific certification designation that you may obtain from us that indicates that you have passed a certification exam for certain AWS products or services and that you have met other certification requirements specified by us. “AWS Certification Program” or “Program” means the program under which we provide certain AWS Certifications. “AWS Certification Website” means aws.amazon.com/certification/ (and any successor or associated website designated by AWS) that may be updated by AWS from time to time. References to the AWS site in the customer agreement include the AWS certification site. “AWS Marks” means all trademarks, service marks, service or trade names, logos, and other designations of AWS and its affiliates that we make available to you as part of this CPA or the Program. “Certification Exam” means the exam you must pass to earn a specific AWS Certification. “Certification Exam Providers” means any third party authorized by AWS to perform certification exams. “Test Material” means the Certification Exam and any other materials provided to you as part of a Certification Exam (which may include instructions, learning materials, exam questions, or other content).
SAFe® certification is valuable and requires investments of time and money to achieve and maintain it. This agreement protects your investment and SAI`s investment, as well as the integrity, validity and security of SAFe certifications. SAI makes every effort to ensure that the tests are fair and that the results are reliable. To achieve these objectives, the SAO has established rules to minimize any unfair benefit that may arise from a candidate`s misconduct in the audit process. You must therefore comply with the following requirements and at no time, whether for your benefit or for the benefit of others, knowingly or unintentionally participate in any action aimed at undermining or attempting to undermine the examination process, including, but not limited to: Please read this Professional Certification Program Candidate Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. You agree to meet the requirements of the current SAI Professional Certification Program as a condition of obtaining and maintaining your certification.
This AWS Certification Program Agreement (the “CPA”) contains the terms that govern your participation in the AWS Certification Program (as defined below) between Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (“you”) and is an addendum to your AWS Customer Agreement (available at www.aws.amazon.com/agreement) (the “Customer Agreement”) that may be updated from time to time. By accepting these Terms, you represent to us that you are legally able to enter into this CPA. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, your parent or guardian must agree to the terms of this CPA on your behalf in order for you to participate in the Program. “Exam” means a SAFe exam taken to obtain SAFe certification. “Materials” means the test, exam and any other preparation and learning materials, instructions, answers, answers, worksheets, drawings, graphics and related information. The term of this CPA begins when you click a “I Agree” button or checkbox with these Terms, or when you schedule or take an AWS Certification exam, and lasts until you terminate your Customer Agreement, terminate your access to the Program, or at a time when you no longer have a valid AWS Certification. You will comply with all rules and regulations that apply to enrolling, managing, evaluating, and reporting the certification exam as determined by AWS or a certification exam provider, including, but not limited to, full and truthful cooperation in investigating test irregularities….
